And while we intrinsically understand that company lawyers and HRs primary directive is to protect their institution rather than it’s workforce, do we know what our rights are or do we just tiptoe around legal and HR?

When guidance isn't enough, representation is. We will litigate and oversee all aspects of a workplace claim whenever necessary, typically with no up front cost to you.

Fairness: We believe that today’s workplace practices are antiquated and stacked very much against employees… access to legal oversight should be an absolute requirement for counterparties signing lengthy and confusing work agreements, and if the employers won’t insist on it, we will just provide it until every major employer in the United States understands that now, we’re fighting fair.

What’s Included:

$25/$50 a-la-carte: Have a contract that needs to be reviewed right now? We will review your first contract and provide a 30 minute live consultation completely for free (as well as unlimited email/chat for 3 business days following the review) to help you understand and negotiate better.
$25 for employees of small/medium businesses or at an annual salary of 50k or less. $50 for everyone else.

Monthly Access: $25 per month (35% discount, net $195 if paid annually) for unlimited consultations and contract reviews.

Litigation: We will litigate contract issues for LegalUp Workforce members at a rate of $180 per hour. This includes any and issues, however scenarios involving overtime, harassment, inequality, ADA, and similar categories may be handled as contingency with no costs up front.
